Every Summer in the music business is when it is busy. We have festivals, fairs, ect. going on and here in Nashville, we are looking at CMA fest. Will be a busy one for us and looking for to many shows that week. Fans take their vacation that week and enjoy a week long Music treat on Lower Broadway, downtown Nashville and also the Famous Printers Alley. Next to Broadway along with 2nd street. Had the worst luck last Friday.... all my gigs were canceled at last minute. That morning at Tequila Cowboy was due to construction at the new bar...Wanna B's... and that night at UNT in Knoxville,Tn. Crazy,, All are rescheduled but make for a interesting day, then to top it off my ipod, I plugged it in to download new music and it updated... wipping out all my music to start over again.. of corse it was backed up but all my play list were gone... This is my Friday the 13th story... whats yours......Rayla

Tonight we head out for our 4 hour drive to Knoxville,tn and playing The Hill next to UNT Campus.....Yea!!!!! Now this is the 2nd time to play here and I hope to see all my Fans there from last visit and gain some new ones.... We should be loading in at 9:30pm and sound check at 10:30pm. Rock On UNT...

Rayla Ray band playing Friday morning thur lunch at Wanna B's... Tequila Cowboy's newest Stage. and loading up and playing Friday and Saturday night in Dickson,Tn at Arts Place, The old Rondee Voo Club on Hwy 46 from 9:30 to 2am. Great times this weekend so come on out.

   Yes, Spring is here and so are the fans.... Downtown Nashville is showing big signs of all the tourist are back in town. Last weekend at both Tequila Cowboy (old Cadillac Ranch), Wanna B's..(Tequila Cowboy's newest stage) and Cowboy Kewl (Printer's Alley) had record crowds for Rayla Ray and her fans. Rayla Ray and her high energy stage performance's was holding and building new fans, and yes packing the house so to speak. Rayla played 3 stages this past week, 11am to 3:30 on Friday, and 3:20 pm to 6:30, and 9:00pm to 2am on Saturday. It goes to show you that Rayla is a very hard working singer performing 12 1/2 hours in two days just to reach her fans and friends.
    Rayla does stay on top of her game by training her vocals with exercises and breathing with her vocal coach/ doctor right here in Nashville. These vocal lessions keep her strong for those long shows. This week Rayla will be performing Friday 11am to 3:30 at Wanna B's and Friday night and [...]
